Good news for all Microsoft lovers .Microsoft is going to launch its tablet PC “Surface” on Oct 26 with Windows 8. Microsoft Surface is a planned series of tablet PCs designed and marketed by Microsoft. The surface will be available in two versions, “Surface” and “Surface Pro”. “Surface“ will run on Windows RT operating system and use an ARM CPU. On the other hand “Surface Pro” will run on Windows 8 Pro operating system and use an Intel CPU. The main features of Microsoft Surface are as follows :
- Surface is thin, light and it has a great battery . According to Microsoft “ at 9.3 mm surface for windows RT is just thin enough to still sport a full sized USB port. Print ,share or charge your phone on the go”.
- It has 10.6”, 16:9 widescreen HD Display. Auto adjusting screen intensity
- Micro SD card slot to bring entire movie and music collection.
- Surface has 3 mm thin, pressure sensitive cover that doubles as a fully functioning keyboard and trackpad. Touch cover connects to “Surface” with a single magnetic click.
- It has two cameras. Front LifeCam to chat with the people .the rear facing LifeCam is angled at 22 degrees to flip out the kickstand and record meeting and events hands free.
- It has stereo speakers and dual microphones tuned for Skype help you sound like you are right next door.
